This place is spot on. I did a search for a sushi place in Edison and the AI search turned up Kanoachi Sushi as it's #1 recommendation. I was truly pleased. The location gave you a homely feel between residential and commercial property together. Once inside, I was able to get a table immediately. The salad and dressing that came with meal was awesome. The miso soup hit the spot. The sushi was fresh and amazing. I definitely want to go back.

Everything we had was great! ALL of our food came out within 7-8 (1 hibachi dinner, 1 shrimp tempura roll, 1 maple roll, 1 amboy roll, 1 Philly hand roll, 1 spicy salmon hand roll, 1 order of egg rolls). I’m actually allergic to sushi and I was wildly impressed by how good everything else was
